The Valley Diary is a printed Community Magazine and Diary, created by locals for locals and distributed for free to all the houses and businesses within the villages of the Lavant Valley (and beyond), every month since 2004.
A team of volunteers who make it all happen have been driven by the positive feedback from everyone who reads The Valley Diary each month – those resident, with connections – and many who visit.
The Villages in question are to the North of Chichester – Binderton, Charlton, Chilgrove, East Dean, Singleton and West Dean – and there’s loads going on to report on and publicise, each and every month.
Right on our doorstep are all the wonderful activities at the Weald & Downland Living Museum, West Dean College and Gardens and, of course, the world-famous Goodwood Motor Sports and Horseracing. Activities for local residents and people visiting aplenty.
